Text Rotator
Rotate the alphabet 13 characters. It doesn't matter if it's already rotated or not, it will encode/decode with the same method. Numbers and special characters (including accented characters) will not be rotated. Rotating text is good for telling spoilers where some people may not want to know. I'm sure you can find other uses.
